I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though spacious and clean, had a terrible internet connection and the layout with two small double beds was a bit odd. While not exactly luxurious like a 5-star hotel, it was clean and decent. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - the restaurant staff on the 1st floor were rude and unhelpful, but others were professional, accommodating, and even upgraded us to improve our internet. The location was convenient, being close to many attractions in the heart of Centro despite some outdated aspects. The dining had its ups and downs, with some disappointing options but also a great variety of tasty foods. However, the hotel's facilities were generally well-maintained.
